Avocado Chocolate Mousse
- 240g Creative Gourmet Frozen Avocado Slices (Thawed)
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (Plus extra to serve)
- 1/3 cup Melted Milk Chocolate Chips
- 4 Tablespoon of Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a Food Processor and blend until smooth.
- Store in Refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Spoon into Serving cups and dust with Cocoa Powder and serve.
