Vegan Dragonfruit & Coconut Milk Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 100g Creative Gourmet Frozen Pink Dragonfruit Chunks (thawed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup & 1 Tablespoon sugar OR (3 tablespoons Agave Syrup)
  • 1/3 teaspoon Agar
  • 2 tablespoons warm water

Method

  1. Dissolve agar in warm water
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour dragon fruit mixture into popsicle mould, add popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
