- 200g Greek Yoghurt
- 16 x Frozen Creative Gourmet Lychees
- 150g Fresh Raspberries
- ½ teaspoon Rosewater
- 200g ice cubes or crushed ice
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons runny honey to taste
- Lychee and Pomegranate to decorate
- Put the yoghurt, Lychees, raspberries, rosewater and ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and honey to taste.
- Serve immediately and garnish with Lychee and Pomegranate.
