Lychee and Rose Smoothie

  • 200g Greek Yoghurt
  • 16 x Frozen Creative Gourmet Lychees
  • 150g Fresh Raspberries
  • ½ teaspoon Rosewater
  • 200g ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons runny honey to taste
  • Lychee and Pomegranate to decorate


  1. Put the yoghurt, Lychees, raspberries, rosewater and ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice and honey to taste.
  3. Serve immediately and garnish with Lychee and Pomegranate.
