Raspberry Slushies

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lemon barley cordial
- 1 cup sparkling natural mineral water or lemonade, chilled
- 300g Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
Method
- Place cordial, mineral water or lemonade and frozen raspberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend until combined. Spoon into glasses and serve immediately.

- Use flavoured mineral water if preferred.
