Raspberry Slushies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon barley cordial
  • 1 cup sparkling natural mineral water or lemonade, chilled
  • 300g Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Method

  1. Place cordial, mineral water or lemonade and frozen raspberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend until combined. Spoon into glasses and serve immediately.
