Iced Raspberry Crush

Serves 4


  • 1 cup Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar


Berry Cream Sponge

  1. Place frozen raspberries, cranberry juice and icing sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon the frozen mixture into serving glasses or champagne flutes. Add crushed ice. Top with champagne or sparkling wine, ginger beer, lemonade or cranberry juice (and a splash of vodka). Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.

  • Chilled champagne or sparkling pink wine, or ginger beer, or lemonade, or cranberry juice for pouring over the iced raspberry crush. Also you can add a splash of vodka.
