Avocado Dip with Jalapeño Pepper

				Ingredients
- 300g Creative Gourmet Frozen Avocado Slices (Thawed)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Lime, Squeezed
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced or crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
 
					
				Method
- Place Thawed Avocado, Mayonnaise, Lime juice, Jalapeño Pepper and Garlic in a Food Processor and purée until smooth.
- Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
- Serve with Corn chips, sliced Vegetables or Breadsticks.
