It’s official – spring is finally here! When spring rolls around, we expect lighter nights, and warmer days, which is very motivating after the cold chills of winter. September is a great time to get motivated and embrace a new routine for you fitness, health and wellbeing. A great way to start your spring motivation is with breakfast!

Breakfast as we know is the most important meal of the day so we have compiled a list of favorite spring-worthy recipes that will get you up and going from the start of the day!

BERRY SMOOTHIE

Made using our delicious Frozen Banana’s Raspberries, Blueberries or Strawberries this delicious pink smoothie is a perfect breakfast option that will keep you energized all morning.

ACAI BOWL

Our Frozen Organic Acai packs are perfect for making your spring breakfast easy, fast and healthy. Top with your favorite fruits such as kiwi, banana, blue berries, and raspberries.
