- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 100g Creative Gourmet Frozen Pink Dragonfruit Chunks (thawed)
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup & 1 Tablespoon sugar OR (3 tablespoons Agave Syrup)
- 1/3 teaspoon Agar
- 2 tablespoons warm water
Products Used In This Recipe:
- Dissolve gelatine in water.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour dragon fruit mixture into popsicle mould, add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
