Everyone at Creative Gourmet is driven by one obsession, to grow, harvest and supply premium quality berries and fruits from across the world so that you can enjoy them all year round.

The original company began in 1982 when two Sydney food experts wanted to ensure quality berries were available to enjoy no matter what the season.

After sourcing the best produce they could find they began supplying their fruit to major restaurants, leading hotels and foodservice outlets around Australia.

With each year that passed their business grew. Such was their success that in 1990 they launched CREATIVE GOURMET into supermarket freezers so that all of Australia could enjoy these quality fruits.

In 2016, Creative Gourmet became part of an Australian Family Owned Company – “Entyce”, where we are continuing the brand’s quest to bring the finest fruit to your freezer.

So how do we ensure you get the very best fruit?

All our fruit is carefully selected, harvested and FRESH-frozen to capture natures quality nutrients and natural flavours.

We source our fruit according to strict criteria with our Quality Assurance Specialists who personally and regularly inspect all our farms and are always in attendance at the processing facility during the harvest season. That way, you can always be sure you’re getting the very best.
